I started working in this firm in 1993, right alter getting my degree in Economics from ETEA. During the first year I studied and worked at the same time, and got a Master in Fiscal Law at the Institute of Studies and Organization of Cordoba.

From the very beginning, the firm was dedicated especially to the distribution of fuel products. This fact made me to focus my knowledge on the Special Taxes accrued as a result of the manufacturing of fuels, which generate a profuse control of the Inspection of Customs, and before which I have been advising to the different agents, wholesale operators, service stations, retail distributors and fiscal deposits for years.

Since 2003, biological fuels are exempted from special fuel taxes, which provoke interest of entrepreneurs from our industry in producing and commercializing those new products. This made me advise to biodiesel plants and operators in the organization of their formal obligations and in the defence of their interests before different administrative institutions.

It has been interesting to make compatible this fundamental dedication with my job as economist within the firm, in relation to duel diligences, judicial administrations and expert reports.

The relationship with the people who make up Mariano Aguayo Abogados has been a great human experience to me, of which I feel very proud of.
